As we create tools for a deeper understanding of the Bible and growing closer to God we keep you in mind! Our hope is that we have thoughtfully put together our journals and bible studies in a way that is very meaningful. Our Matthew study for small groups are made to help leaders as well as participants connect in deeper ways by using stories, connecting questions, and thought-provoking questions as conversation starters.
Our prayer journal is a beautiful book created in a thoughtful way to help get the most out of our prayer life. There are sections to allow for persistent prayers which are the prayers that you know are going to be long-term and that you want to keep in the forefront of your mind but also that you don’t need to rewrite them every single day. You can just turn to your persistent section and pray over them everyday and once that prayer is answered you can put in the date it was answered so that when you look through those each day you can remember how faithful God is in answering your prayers. It also has a place for answered prayer specifically as well as a daily page for you to write about what are immediate needs.
These daily pages are made with a write in date so if you do your journaling every few days you don’t feel like you’ve missed using any pages.
I find that to be a very comforting way to journal. While I pray everyday, I don’t necessarily have the time to write every day and this gives me the option to do whatever works for me.
In our mission to create tools for a deeper understanding of the Bible and growing closer to God, we didn’t forget the children! Our children’s book, Micah and the Marvelous Minibeasts is a delightful story about a little boy who walks through God’s creation and marvels at the different minibeasts (or insects) he finds. From hard-working ants, to buzzing bees that are taking care of flowers to grasshoppers having fun jumping in the air. Your children will love having an adventure with Micah and learning more about the glory of God’s world.
We also have a darling set of books with our Rosie. Our Rosie series is based on true stories that our founders, Frank and Abigail had together as father and daughter. This collaboration is actually what started this ministry of purpose press which prompted us to create the tools for a deeper understanding of the Bible and growing closer to God. In the Rosie series we’re looking at the fruits of the spirit. We have Rosie finds Joy which is the Fruit of the Spirit of joy as well as Rosie and the Rattling Cup which is about kindness. We have plans to finish this series with additional books on each of the remaining fruits of the spirit. Your children will learn wonderful lessons about who God is and who we should be as his followers.
One of our favorite tools for a deeper understanding of the Bible and growing closer to God is The Trail.
A surprising and one of the most amazing gifts that came out of the book is that while this is a Bible study it is also a journal that contains your thoughts, questions & insights and so much more. And when you have completed this journey you will have this wonderful gift for your family! This journal will be a legacy of your faith for anyone who reads it. Your family and your children will know what you thought about the scripture that you read, the things that stood out to you and what questions came to your mind. I know that when I lost my father-in-law recently one of the greatest gifts (that I didn’t even know was a gift at the time) was when I came across a little paper book that he wrote down his thoughts about the Bible and prayers for us children that I was able to read after he was gone. It is a way that I can feel still connected to him even though he’s not here physically. Can you imagine if you have a parent who has passed away or maybe even has dementia and is no longer able to have a conversation with you but you can still have a tangible testimony of theirs to remind you who they were. I personally cannot think of a better gift than to give the gift of a living faith to the next generation. This is what drives us to create tools for a deeper understanding of the Bible and growing closer to God!
Another part of our ministry is that we gift a lot of our products to people in need.

Our hope in creating these tools for a deeper understanding of the Bible and growing closer to God is to do just that. Putting God first in your life as he tells us to love God and love others is critical to be able to see this world and its people through the love of God’s eyes. When we focus on him, it takes eyes off of the things of this world. We can rest in knowing that God’s got this!
